What should I do in case I have not received my refund?

If you received an email notification informing you that your tickets have been resold, along with a credit note, it means that the refund has been issued from UEFA’s side.

Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reach your account/credit card.

We advise that you check with your bank or credit/debit card provider for further information on the status of your refund.
