I have changed my mind about reselling my tickets, can I remove my tickets from the Resale Platform?

Yes, you can remove your ticket(s) from the Resale Platform. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into the Resale Platform with the account associated to the ticket purchase.

2. Click on My tickets.

3. Click on CANCEL RESALE OF THIS TICKET under the ticket you would like to keep.

4. A message will confirm that the ticket has been successfully removed from resale. You will also receive a notification by email.

IMPORTANT: If your tickets have already been purchased by another fan, it will no longer be possible to remove them from the Resale Platform.
