You must first log out from the app on your old phone. To do that, tap on “More” in the bottom right corner, then select “Log out” and proceed to log out. Once this is done, install the app on your new smartphone and log in with the email address associated with your purchase. You will receive a new registration code and you will need to go through the registration process again.
If you can no longer access the original device, the only option will be to visit the Ticketing Centre near the stadium on the day of the match or the day before. For our staff to assist you, you will need to go there in person and bring with you:
- Your original ID/passport*
- Your smartphone.
- Your order confirmation or the email notification you received when the ticket was transferred to you
