I signed in with Apple and I’m not receiving any notification. Why?
If you signed in with Apple when you created your account on the Ticket Portal, please bear in mind that all our notifications regarding your orders and tickets will be sent to the email address associated with your Apple account. In some cases, it may happen that you receive the notifications with some delay. Please make sure that you also check your junk/spam folder(s).
If you decided to hide your email address when signing in with Apple, we will not be able to see your email address on our end. Instead, in our system, your account will be associated to an auto-generated Apple ID email address, with the domain @privaterelay.appleid.com. This is by design and should not cause issues, as you should still receive our notifications at the email address associated with your Apple account.
