If you have not been able to access your mobile tickets through the UEFA Mobile Tickets app, or you have troubles using the app and our FAQs did not help, you can visit the Ticketing Centres, which are located near each stadium.
Please note:
- You will need to bring your ticket confirmation email or invoice, and your original passport/ID card.
- We recommend that you come as early as possible, as queuing times are likely to increase closer to gates opening.
- Our staff may not be able to help if incomplete or inaccurate information is provided.
- There are no ticket sales at the Ticketing Centre.
